If the fee is not paid within the period as per sub-rule (1) of Rule 11, additional charges will be levied at the following rates:-
(a) at the rate of five per cent of that fee per month for up to two months after the expiry of the period specified in sub-rule (1) of Rule 11, (b) at the rate of seven per cent of that fee for the next one month beyond the period mentioned in clause (a),
(c) At the rate of 10 percent per month for that period if the water distribution is not stopped after the period mentioned in Clause (b).
